Sharp wins 'Best Partner Programme' at PrintIT Awards

Nationwide Sharp Business Systems UK (SBSUK) is delighted to announce its win for ‘Best Partner Programme’ at PrintIT Reseller’s inaugural ‘PrintIT Awards’ ceremony.

Broadcast live to delegates’ homes and offices on the evening of Thursday 11th February, the event saw comedian Tom Allen present 27 awards categories which aimed to celebrate the achievements of the fast-paced technology sector.

Paul Leach, Dealer Sales Director at SBSUK said: “At Sharp, we approach our partner programme as exactly that, a partnership. Our business is built on relationships. We have so many long-standing partners that sit at the heart
of everything we do, that’s why I’m so thrilled to accept this award on behalf of us all. It really is testament to all the ongoing hard work and commitment from our Account Managers and wider team, and reflects what our Partner Programme can offer.”

Sharp has an extensive technology portfolio, which has grown significantly in recent years through the acquisition of Complete I.T. back in 2019 and the acquisition of Toshiba’s laptop business (now dynabook laptops) in 2018.

Sharp is uniquely positioned to help its partners grow and diversify, offering new popular products such as Optimised Visitor Management, as well as its range of interactive tables for nurseries and care homes.

Paul continues: “Our aim is to make technology easy for our partners, their teams and their customers, and as your technology partner we’ll do just that. You’ll have access to marketing support to drive leads and sales, a cloud-hosted marketing portal and an online training academy. We reward our partners through promotions, incentive and rebates, all to help them diversify and hit the ground running. We look forward to what our programme will achieve this year.”

Having sponsored the ‘PrintIT Award for Mobility’, Paul added: “I’d also like to congratulate EveryonePrint on their Mobile Print solution win, and print management software provider PaperCut for their high commendation.”

The awards ceremony was initially scheduled to take place at London’s Tower Hotel for a glitzy awards evening in autumn 2020, however due to health and safety concerns surrounding coronavirus, it was decided the ceremony should be held this year, virtually.

Neil Trim, Publishing Director for PrintIT said: We are delighted to (finally) announce the winners of the inaugural PrintIT Awards. Whilst the global pandemic put paid to our plans to reveal the winners at a glittering black tie do, we think comedian Tom Allen did a fantastic job.”
