In order to provide a proactive managed print service for our customers, Sharp uses OneStop software to deliver accurate management information for all the printers and photocopiers in the field.

Using a collection agent, installed at the photocopier/ printer site, meter readings and device status information is collected on a regular basis. This information is then sent to a central server, where it is stored, processed and can be reported on. An easy to use web interface allows devices to be monitored and reported on.

OneStop is used by Sharp primarily to provide automated meter readings and to enable delivery of consumables. To register for this service, or request support if you already have the agent installed, Please use the form below.
