Working as an engineer out in the field, Trevor started his career solving customer technology issues, so he understands customer needs and the problems they can face. Now he’s responsible for four departments: Service, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and IT and Development, ensuring each are ready to support customers both on existing products and new solutions.

Customer Service Manager
Having worked in the industry for over 14 years, Joanne developed a firm understanding of customer service and the need to problem solve early on. Now as Customer Service Manager for Sharp UK, her team is the first port of call for customer challenges. Under her guidance, her team plan jobs for Sharp’s engineers, ensuring they have the correct information and parts they need, and get to the customer in the quickest possible way.

With over 30 years of experience in service strategy development and delivery Adrian has made his mark in several emerging markets, including the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Adrian's role is now to provide insights and business analysis, helping develop new systems, processes, and procedures that improve internal and external customer service.

Jamie Lal

UK Supply Chain Manager
Jamie has worked in Supply Chain for over seven years, attaining experience in Cosmetics manufacturing, B2C Food, and Food manufacturing. As the Supply Chain Manager for the UK he is responsible for the Supply Chain across the UK. His team supports business units with order processing and supply chain customer service issues, with a view to reducing operational costs, adding value, and enhancing processes.

Sharp Head of IT Raheel Hashmi

Raheel Hashmi

Head of IT
Raheel (Rash) started his career in IT at the age of 16 as part of a Youth Training Scheme. He made such a mark that he was offered a permanent role at 17, and within three years progressed to Senior Engineer, where he gained valuable experience providing support out in the field. Now has Head of IT, Rash is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, IT applications, and IT helpdesk at Sharp UK.

Having played an important role in installing and supporting the ticket system for the London 2012 Olympics, Ade has been helping clients with software solutions for years. Now at Sharp UK, Ade and his team develop and implement software solutions for Sharp customers, helping them achieve their individual goals and objectives.

Sharp Head of Technical Support Howard Wadsworth

Head of Technical Support 
Starting his career as a technical engineer, Howard got to know the types of issues customers might face early on, and how to fix them. From there he trained and qualified to support Microsoft systems, and now as Head of Technical Support in the UK Howard is responsible for the help desk, technical training, and resolving customer and dealer issues quickly and efficiently with remote technologies.

Sharp Regional Service Manager Seb Messina

Seb Messina

Regional Service Manager
Seb began his career at Sharp at the young age of 21, when he was offered a Trainee Photocopier Technician role. After 34 years of dedicated service Seb is now Sharp’s Regional Service Manager for the Southeast. He operates from Sharp’s Swanley office in Kent, leading a team of 26 engineers, a workshop and warehouse to provide excellent and timely customer service.

Stephen joined Sharp as an apprentice photocopier engineer an astonishing 47 years ago, where he learned the leading causes of machine breakdowns. Now he puts his experience to use as Regional Service Manager for the North of England and Scotland, where he encourages a competitive but friendly team atmosphere to ensure the best service for customers.

Having achieved qualifications in electrical and electronic City & Guild, and gaining valuable experience as an apprentice, Tony began his career with a strong footing in electrical engineering. Tony joined Sharp as Regional Service Manager to lead a team of service people that focus on timely deliveries and supporting Sharp’s print & audio-visual solution customers in the Southeast.

Simeon Furness, Regional Service Manager

Simeon Furness

Having started his career in 1989 as an apprentice engineer Simeon has worked on most equipment found in the modern office. Simeon now leads the East Midlands Service team as the Regional Service Manager. Through hard work and dedication Simeon and his highly trained team have an excellent relationship with customers and will always make every effort to deliver excellent customer service.

Lee has worked in the photocopier industry for almost 30 years, gaining valuable experience in field-based repairs. Now as part of the service management team Lee oversees a group of dedicated engineers, who all strive to provide excellent service. Lee is passionate about his job, often going above and beyond the call of duty to keep customers up and running.  

Sharp Regional Service Manager Steve Gilligan

Regional Service Manager
Steve has worked in the photocopier industry for over 26 years. Now as Regional Service Manager for the South West at Sharp UK he manages a team of 23 service personnel and oversees machine installation, collection, and relocation. By organising and implementing training programmes for his staff he ensures they uphold company standards, guaranteeing quality performance and the very best in customer service.

Ian Rudd

Ian Rudd

Facilities, Health & Safety, Environment and Fleet
Ian is an established Facilities Manager with 30+ years of experience in retail and the property services facilities sector. Having dealt with services, building works, refurbishments, and strong H&S compliance with ISO delivery. 
Ian has worked across Europe delivering the full FM package, H&S, and leadership in change and improvements including sustainability, environmental performance, and the delivery of ISO 14001.
