Having worked in many different roles within Sharp, from sales and acquisitions to finance, Stuart’s experience is well rounded. A firm believer in a clear strategy, measurable plans, and the importance of the team, now as Managing Director of Sharp UK, Stuart works with and manages his leadership team, laying out the company vision, and steering Sharp’s people and strategy - ensuring everyone knows the part they play.

Sharp Operations Director Trevor Northfield

Trevor Northfield

Operations Director
Working as an engineer out in the field, Trevor started his career solving customer technology issues, so he understands customer needs and the problems they can face. Now he’s responsible for four departments: Service, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and IT and Development, ensuring each are ready to support customers both on existing products and new solutions.

Colin co-founded the award-winning local IT Support business Complete I.T. (CIT). He now sits on Sharp’s leadership team as the Head of IT, helping CIT integrate into Sharp and supporting Sharp’s people in offering IT Support services to a wider sphere of customers. Recently appointed Vice President of IT Services, Colin continues to lead the direction of IT Service delivery now across Europe.

Having worked in managed service roles for over 20 years, Mark understands the everyday challenges clients face. Now as Chief Operating Officer of Complete I.T. (CIT) Mark manages the overall strategy of Sharp’s IT business, ensuring everyone has the tools and knowledge they need to be able to deliver the very best in managed IT services and support.

Sales and Commercial Director
Richard and his team are responsible for finding commercial opportunities in the UK’s ever-changing technology landscape. He ensures his team have the skills required to understand the unique needs of each prospect. Once identified, Richard works with his team to analyse the customer’s requirements, matching them with solutions that genuinely solve problems and improve processes.

David gained momentum in his career in technical and sales roles, where he learned the barriers public sector organisations can come up against. Now at Sharp he works with his team to support larger customers. Whether that’s savings, more productivity, or simply to modernise or digitally transform, he helps them review their processes and procedures to see how they can do things differently.

Sharp Dealer Sales Director Paul Leach

Dealer Sales Director UK
Paul takes pride in the hands-on approach of his team. Under his guidance and leadership his team get to know Sharp’s dealer partners, working closely to be trusted advisors and extensions of their organisations. Specifically, Paul spots changes in the market, where Sharp’s solutions fit, and then packages that for Sharp’s dealer network to offer to their own customers.

Shotaro-Sasaki, Business Planning Manager

Shotaro Sasaki

Business Planning
Having joined the business in 2008, Shotaro (Sean) Sasaki knows Sharp inside and out. His role is to forecast for Sharp UK and work with Sharp Corporate in Japan to make sure the business gets what it needs to properly serve UK customers. He also works proactively with other business divisions to improve workflow and customer service.

Finance Director UK
Gary is no stranger to managing Finance functions, having previously run teams in large professional Accounting, Finance and Commercial organisations. He has held management and leadership roles in international FMCG and Technology businesses. Most recently he has been responsible for developing a UK Group Insurance business, as well as overall business restructuring including managing acquisitions at CPP Group Plc. Now at Sharp, Gary leads the UK Finance team to implement key strategic and financial change for business growth, whilst ensuring everyone at Sharp has a chance to contribute.

Sharp Finance Controller Jon Giles

Jon Giles

Finance Controller
Jon trained with accountancy firm Coopers & Lybrand in Leeds until joining Sharp. Now after 23 years he’s Financial Controller for the business, and takes care of management and statutory reporting, VAT & tax compliance, oversees the credit control team, service revenue forecasting and leasing control. He’d also like to reassure customers that it’s more interesting than it sounds!

HR Director
Having started her career training new recruits for the police and armed forces, Donna has hit the ground running at Sharp. With a strong background in learning and development, and strategies and initiatives that support people and business transformation, Donna is helping to improve the way Sharp works. Having developed a clear people strategy with revitalised processes to help employees grow, Donna and team continue to identify ways to ‘Make Sharp a great place to work’.

Trevor Budd Sharp UK Marketing Director

Strategic Marketing Director
Trevor has significant experience working alongside entrepreneurial business owners and managing directors, developing and implementing growth strategies, building marketing capabilities and delivering change and transformation programmes. Following the Sharp acquisition of Complete-IT, Trevor and his team are now responsible for repositioning the brand, communicating the wider technology proposition, and supporting sales teams across the business.
