Sharp has been awarded the n-tv Life & Living Award 2024 for its excellent performance in the field of solar technology, ranking second in the category. The award aims to determine which companies and brands achieve the highest customer satisfaction and whether customers would use and recommend these brands again in the future.
The n-tv Life & Living Award, presented in collaboration with the German Institute for Service Quality, is one of the most prestigious awards for consumer quality in Germany. The awarding of the "Germany's most popular providers – Life & Living Award 2024" title is based on the evaluations of more than 56,000 German consumers who gave their opinions in an online consumer survey between September 2023 and January 2024.
Overall, Sharp received a rating of "good" in the survey. The detailed results were significantly above the industry average, securing second place for the company in the overall rating. The evaluation was based on the criteria of overall satisfaction, recommendation, and re-purchase. Sharp scored high in the areas of overall satisfaction and recommendation, and even received a "very good" rating in the re-purchase category.
The n-tv Life & Living award recognizes Sharp's commitment to offering a high-quality product portfolio that meets the needs of the German end-consumer demand. In the competitive environment of solar technology, Sharp has emerged victorious against numerous competitors and has proven its ability to meet the needs of the consumers.
