Flexible Photocopier Leasing plans to suit your business needs

Our Photocopier Leasing is designed to take the stress out of financing workplace print equipment. It allows organisations and educational institutions to spread the cost of printers and photocopiers over a predetermined period, so that those organisations can use more advanced devices, with greater capabilities that would typically be too expensive to purchase outright.

Just like car leasing, a photocopier lease spreads the cost of the print equipment you choose, over three, five, or six years, whichever is more suitable for you and your organisation. The size of your monthly payments will depend on the length of the contract and the specification of the devices you choose. When it comes to Photocopier Leasing, we don’t take a one size fits all approach; we’ll work with you to understand the needs of your organisation, providing a solution that perfectly meets your requirements.

When the contract period ends, you’ll be able to return the equipment and take out a replacement lease agreement on a newer device or keep your current device under a new contract.  This means your organisation is always benefiting from the latest technology in your workplace. From compact yet capable right through to powerful, heavy-duty machines for modern print rooms. All our solutions are underpinned with flexible finance and billing, proactive account management, support, proactive service and training.

Office Printers & Photocopiers

Office printers and photocopiers are machines that take care of all your office printing and copying needs. Our office printers simply just print, whereas our office photocopiers, print, scan, fax, and photocopy, also many of our photocopiers have options for stapling, hole-punching and creating booklets.

Black & White Printers & Photocopiers

Also known as mono devices, black & white printers and photocopiers only print in black and white and tend to be cheaper than colour machines.

desktop printers

Desktop Printers & Photocopiers

Desktop printers and photocopiers tend to be smaller machines designed for minimal print volume. Perfect for personal offices, hotel and healthcare receptions.

light production printers

Light Production Printers

Light production printers are designed for higher volume and higher quality prints, like A4 booklets. These specialist printers are particularly useful for Marketing teams or print shops seeking more technical printing capabilities.

Photocopier Leasing for schools

The government stipulates that Local Authority Schools and Academies should use a School Operating Lease, instead of the normal finance or capital lease route a business would take.

Similar to a business lease, at the end of an Operating Lease agreement the school can either return the device or extend the lease period, ensuring schools have access to the latest technology without the burden of ownership, allowing them to focus on educational priorities.

“For a start, the equipment is more reliable. What’s more, in our case, Sharp continuously monitors everything over a remote network connection. If there’s an issue, Sharp can usually fix it before it becomes a problem.”

How does our Photocopier Leasing work?

Print Audit

The first part of our process is to conduct a print audit to determine your exact volume, functionality and security requirements.

Finance Options

After working with you to conduct a print audit, we’ll present you with a range of options for financing the equipment we’ve recommended. Our approved finance partners are PEAC Finance, Siemens Financial Services, and CF Corporate Finance.

Contract

Costs may vary slightly by finance provider, but you'll pay based on the number of pages you print or copy. You can also enjoy our Managed Print Services for one easy monthly or quarterly payment, including hardware, supplies, and support. Our contracts are available for three, four or five years; other terms may be available on request.

Servicing & Support

Throughout your contract, we are always on hand to provide proactive servicing of your equipment and support whenever it’s required. We will check in regularly to ensure you remain completely satisfied with our service.

End of Contract

When the contract period has ended, you’ll be able to return the equipment and take out a replacement lease agreement on a newer device, or you can choose to continue with your current photocopier.

Photocopier leasing FAQs

Is it better to buy or lease a printer?

This depends entirely upon your financial situation and functionality needs. Although printers and photocopiers are widely used, the technology within is advanced and remains expensive. It may be more beneficial to lease a device across a number of years to spread the cost.

What information do I need to provide to be approved for a lease?

Most finance providers will require proof that your organisation has been operational for a minimum of three years. For companies not yet at that threshold may still be considered, a Director’s Guarantee can sometimes be provided for the lease to be approved.

How much does it cost to lease a printer or photocopier?

Leasing costs can vary depending on the cost of the device you choose. The best way to get a price is to contact us and get a quote.

I'm worried about document & print security, what can I do?

There are a number of security measures built into Sharp’s devices as standard. You can also implement print management software to lock down and protect your confidential organisation data. Have a look at our document management services here
