Sharp UK employs over 700 people who together are here to make technology easy for you and your team. From our Service Engineers to our Technical Consultants, our Helpdesk Team to our Account Managers, each of our teams are friendly, proactive, and really care about delivering the very best service to our customers.

Our wealth of knowledge and experience covers a whole spectrum of technology solutions, including: document management, managed print services, visitor management, IT support, telephony, meeting room solutions, audio visual technology, and integrated furniture design and installation.

Our Locations

Sharp has 15 regional offices across the length and breadth of the UK. This broad geographical spread allows us to serve our customers locally, from almost any location. Over 180 engineers and technical consultants currently service over 45,000 print devices on a Managed Print Service and protect and manage over 22,000 IT endpoints across the United Kingdom.

Our Head Office is based in Wakefield, whilst the European Headquarters is based out of Stockley Park, not far from Heathrow Airport.

Other office locations and service centres include: Bristol, Cardiff, Dundee, Ipswich, London, Peterborough, Prestwick, Snetterton, Stockport, Swanley, Swindon, Thames Valley, Warrington and West Bromwich.

We also have a number of customer showrooms based at prime locations, such as Wakefield, Stockley Park, Warrington and Bristol where customers can come and see live product demonstrations of our devices, and test them first hand.

Our History

Our story began with a number of key inventions. The Eversharp mechanical propelling pencil gave us our name, with innovative products continuing in a steady stream over the last century. We commercialised the first Japanese TVs and radios, and the world’s first LCD calculators - but that was just the beginning.

Over a hundred years on, we continue to innovate through customer centricity, and award-winning products that power office automation including: Document Solutions, Managed Print Services, Software and Workflow Solutions, collaboration tools, Hybrid Mail,  Audio Visual Solutions, Professional Signage, and connected technologies to name a few.

We now embark on a new exciting phase in our companies’ history as we move into the full provision of holistic and fully integrated IT Services.
