Our IT support for schools and education settings enables you to access a team of highly trained education specialists who are able to manage and support your current IT structure, or support existing in-house teams. We recognise that IT is continuously evolving and we will help you determine the most appropriate solutions for your school, working with you to plan and specify future developments.

Bespoke support packages
Your IT support package will be designed bespoke for your school’s requirements. We can offer:
Dedicated in-house IT Manager or Team
Sharp know what we’re looking for in terms of top IT talent. We will recruit, train and manage a dedicated IT manager on your behalf.
Your manager will have at least three years’ experience and will be located on-site at your school, on hand to support users and manage infrastructure.
You will also have access to our established 24/7 Remote Overflow Helpdesk should your manager be occupied elsewhere in your school.
Multi-Academy Trusts or larger schools with a more substantial IT landscape may prefer to opt for our in-house Team option for a dedicated team of experts offering the same support as an IT Manager.

IT Department Services
Our IT Department Support Services are designed to assist and supplement the activities of your existing IT Manager or team.
We can support your teams with technical expertise for large projects, strategic guidance, or for holiday and sick cover.
Our support helps free up internal teams to work on larger projects.

Bespoke on-site support
Sharp’s team of education specialists understand the specific needs and requirements of schools and education settings.
We run the remote Education IT Helpdesk and are also available to work on-site at your school to provide support and resolve any issues that cannot be managed remotely.
