Our Culture

We think our culture can perhaps best be described by the Professional open plan style offices at the brand new HQ at Stockley Park, home of some 220 employees, which represent the friendly and approachable atmosphere that exists within the organisation. With an emphasis on teamwork, communication and co-operation, we actively encourage our employees to participate in interdepartmental social activity and ultimately build long lasting working relationships that drive the company forward.

How do we do this?

We engage with our employees in order to understand their views on a range of issues, to promote inclusion and to provide them with information. We develop engagement through communication and consultation and by providing regular local and global updates in ways that match our working environment and culture.

Getting our employees to share our aims and be involved in things that affect them is a key challenge for us - that’s why we co-ordinate ‘kick off’ events, which have proved very popular in the past.

Employees will be fully inducted and assigned a ‘buddy’ to give them an introduction to the company – showing them what they do and how it impacts upon the business. It also gives them the opportunity to ask questions about anything they want to know – like how to join one of our societies – Go Karting and Golf to name a few.
