What you will need:
You will need to have a suitable wall bracket on-site on the day of the installation. Please ensure it can take the size and weight of your TV, that you have sufficiently long cables, and enough ports on your TV to connect your peripheral equipment.
On the day:
Before anyone shows up, you will receive three text messages: the first one immediately after booking, a second one 24 hours prior to your appointment and a final courtesy reminder, 30 minutes prior to your appointment. On the day, your engineer will arrive and agree the installation site with you. They will then carry out a pre-installation check, including testing any existing equipment. They will then advise you if you require any further cabling, which you can purchase from your engineer if necessary. Next, your engineer will carry out the installation, demonstrate the working TV and equipment, clean the worked area and complete all relevant paperwork.
